As often as we can, we purchase our ingredients locally. We do this for 2 reasons - it's better for the environment for food to travel less and it's better for the local economy. Plus, Northeast Ohio is full of awesome products!
For our artisan ice cream, we use non-homogenized milk and cream from a local dairy farm that's less than 100 miles from our shop. To that, we add sugar and real food ingredients to come up with our unique, wacky concoctions.
For our vegan flavors, we make our own base using fresh squeezed almond milk, coconut cream, tofu, and ripe avocadoes. Due to certain food allergies, we will sometimes omit one of the above from our recipes, so make sure to ask if you have an allergy.
For our fresh fruit sorbets, we take real fruit, puree it, and add water and sugar. Plain & simple.
