Yum. Fresh fruit is delicious. Syrups and frozen fruit, not as much. Of everything I make, sorbet flavors are the most subject to nature and the seasons. I will try to make these year round, but what I can make depends largely on what fruit is available. Next year, I am hoping to get enough local fruit to make a majority of sorbets with local produce. Just like with my regular ice cream and vegan flavors, these will be rotated regularly. Unfortunately, depending on the season, you might fall in love with a flavor only to have your heart broken because you can't find it later when you come back. If that happens, I'm sorry! Send me an email and I'll make sure I get it back in the rotation when I can.
